Your high quality images can be used for any reproduction purpose, from newspapers to glossy magazines and brochures. The images I create are colour corrected, edited and enhanced so they are ready to be used straight from the CD.
PR and Corporate photography is not just for big businesses with large budgets; small business can also benefit from a selection of contemporary, stylish and modern photographs. At the end of the day how important is the image of your company?
Below are several ways in which my public relations and corporate photography can be used:
PR & Public Relations Photography: Press photographs for PR and public relation press release. Editorial pictures need to be strong, lively and eye-catching to give your press release a chance of getting into a publication. Can you afford to have your press release binned?
Business website and Brochure photography: The photographs I create can be used on a company or business website, in brochures and documents. High quality photographs are visually interesting and grab the attention of customers. You may own a leisure centre, restaurant, bar or hotel and need some contemporary photographs of your premises.
Advertising photography: A good photograph says a thousand words and this is definitely the case in the world of advertising. I create stylish, contemporary lifestyle photographs of your products, business, premises or staff that are ideal to liven up that next magazine, newspaper advert, brochure or flyer campaign.
Corporate photography: This includes corporate portraits of key staff. The pictures are often used on the company premises, corporate web-sites, trade press releases, newsletters and reports.
Corporate Photography
Up to one hour...............£175.00
Up to half a day.............£350.00 (Max 4 hours)
Up to one day................£480.00 (Max 8 hours)
To include: Time as stated, images edited and prepared ready for printing and supplied on a CD in TIFF or JPEG format.
All fees include VAT at 17.5%.
IMAGE LICENSING...
Advertising and Commercial image licenses -
For images that are to be used for advertising, promotional or any other type of commercial purpose, there is an additional image license fee on top of the above commission rates.
All photographs are the copyright of Seymour Photos. We do not sell the copyright to any work produced... we still retain full copyright of any and all images supplied in accordance with the 1988 Copyright Act.
We reserve the right to selectively use any and all images produced during our commissioned work for our own purposes, both commercially through the supplying of suitable images to our stock photography libraries, and editorially for our own self-promotion and publicity.
Standard Licence - This is a "royalty-free" license, intended to cover most normal business use, for example web sites, magazines, book content, catalogues, advertising material. There is a one-time-only fee, no print run or usage limits. Image rights are always non-exclusive and pictures may be used for any purpose except "artistic use".
Travel will be included for the first 60 mile round trip. Above and beyond this travel will be charged at £0.55p per mile.
Expenses:
Charged at cost which will include parking, tolls, congestion charge, ferry travel etc.
UK Postage & Packing:
£10.00 (Including insurance)
Cancellation:
If an assignment is cancelled after confirmation of the booking, 50% of the fee will have to be paid. If the cancellation is within 3 days of the assignment, 100% will have to be paid.
